Nextway Glass is a licensed custom glass and mirror contractor serving the New York and New Jersey areas, specializing in shower enclosures, glass railings, custom mirrors, glass partitions, glass doors, and glass tops/countertops.

4. Scheduling and Services

• Services are scheduled based on availability and mutual agreement between Nextway Glass and the customer.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, access to the installation site, and any information necessary to complete the project safely and correctly.
• We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, but timelines may be affected by material availability, weather, site conditions, or other factors outside our control.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms, deposits, and final balances will be outlined in your individual project quote or contract.
• Failure to pay per the agreed terms may result in delayed installation, work stoppage, or additional fees as outlined in your specific service agreement.

6. Warranties

• We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms (covering installation and/or materials) will be provided as part of your individual project agreement.
• Manufacturer warranties on glass, hardware, or materials, where applicable, are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by parties other than Nextway Glass.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextway Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees for canceling or rescheduling a confirmed project, will be specified in your individual service agreement.

All content on our Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Nextway Glass and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
